Summer is in full throttle and that means we have to figure out how to brave the heat, humidity and those pesky bugs while on vacation, camping and in our daily routines. There are 5 products I will swear by to get me through the summer and I am sharing them with you literally! I have partnered with the following brands to give away my summer essentials picks. One lucky winner will get these products so we can be summer prepared together.

Disclaimer: I have been given samples of the following products to facilitate this review however opinions are my own.

Summer’s Eve

Summer’s Eve cleansing cloths 16 count on-the-go

I have used this brand for many years and it’s perfect for women on the go. We all want to stay fresh on those long days. It comes in handy if I am on the run after a workout, at the park because we all know how NYC is so generous with toilet tissue or even handy during that time of the month.

Summer’s Eve gently cleanses while helping to maintain pH balance. The feminine wipes come in two convenient options to fit your lifestyle. Summer’s Eve Cleansing Cloths 16 count individually wrapped (retails $1.99) and 32 count soft pack (retails $3.99). Both sizes offer scents in Aloe Love, island Splash, Sheer Floral and Simply Sensitive.

AfterBite

AfterBite

Being in a more rural area and outdoors in the summer means bugs wreak havoc on our bodies. Mosquitos and other insects love my poor DJ and sometime they get me too leaving the worst scars after a bite. DJ scratches so much and I finally found a product that will sooth his skin and keep his itchy scratchys at bay.

AfterBite Kids

AfterBite is for kids and adults alike. The AfterBite adult advanced liquid formula with baking soda provides even better relief and has a slim vial with a no-mess applicator tip perfect to pack in my purse. AfterBite Kids is gentle, non-stinging sensitive cream providing instant relief from itching, pain and swelling. The creamy formula allows for easy application at camp, in the backyard or on-the-go (retails $3.50). Find them at your local Walmart, CVS, Target, Walgreens and Kroger retailers.

Good Zebra

Good Zebra Animal Cookies

This is our tasty and guilt free treat! Good Zebra cookies are a playful twist on classic crackers that feature all-natural, no refined sugar, and 12g of protein per 2oz serving. The animal shapes were designed by a tattoo artist.

The packaging is perfect for me to store in my purse and in DJ’s lunch box. My kid is gonna be going to camp with the coolest snack his friends have ever seen. Me and DJ love all the flavors which is chai, lemon and vanilla (retails 12 for $28) but I always have to snatch the chai for myself before my cookie monster gets to them.

Zint

Zint Collagen

The summer is when everyone tends to eat lighter and try to stay hydrated. Although I use Zint Collagen Hydrolysate Pure Protein year round I appreciate it’s supplemental factor to my diet in the summer. Zint (Collagen) restores my skin, hair, teeth, nails and joints. It’s so easy to slip into my protein shake for post workout but I also have put it into other warm beverages like coffee, herbal tea and matcha.

I see a drastic difference especially in the hyperpigmentation on my face because it clears it right up. It comes in a conveniently sized 10oz bag or container along with 1-2lb bag and container options (retails $14.15 and up).
